JOB TITLE: ADMIN OFFICERS - DS/AO 201139
CORE DUTIES:
Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative services
Office management, maintenance of personnel and fiscal records. Manages grant proposals and submissions. Prepares financial reports, reviews purchases, vouchers and other financial documents.
Responsible for the procurement of supplies; maintenance of inventory records; including supervision of staff performing these functions.
ENTRY REQUIREMENT
University degree/HND
Minimum of 4 years of experience in general office, clerical or administrative supports
