News
Position: Coordinator, News/Current Affairs DS/CNC 201129
Core Duties:
Coordinate news team and ensure all the unit work together in order to achieve the goal of the department
General supervision of news department
Ensuring that stations’ general news philosophy and stations mission statement are effectively compiled with the news service of the station
Entry Requirement
University degree/ HND
2nd degree could be an added advantage
Minimum of 7years cognate experience in broadcasting
Knowledge of NBC code
30-40 years old
Position: Head, News/Current Affairs – DS/HNC – 201130
Core Duties:
Ensuring proper networking with other news services of the different stations nationwide
Ensuring that stations’ general news philosophy and stations mission statement are effectively compiled with the news service of the station.
Entry Requirement
University degree /HND
2nd degree could be an added advantage
Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in News and Current Affairs
Must be versatile in broadcast journalism
25-30 years
