Our Client a Communication Firm with interest in the Television and Radio is looking to fill various vacancies in the following locations: Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Benin, Agenebode, Kaduna, Kano, Jos, Yenoga, Enugu, Maiduguri, Yola, Gombe, Ilorin, Oshogbo, Bauchi and Jos.
Support Services
Position: Admin/Finance Supervisors – DS/AFS 201138
Core Duties:
Supervise and coordinate al! financial and administrative functions and provide technical and managerial support.
Establish and implement financial procedures in line with organisational requirements Establish and implement administration and logistics procedures in line with organisational requirement
Entry Requirement
University degree/ HND in Accounting or Banking & Finance
Knowledge of accounting software
Minimum of 6 years in finance, admin and book keeping
Position: Admin Officers -DS/AO 201139
Core Duties:
Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative services
Office management, maintenance of personnel and fiscal records. Manages grant proposals and submissions. Prepares financial reports, reviews purchases, vouchers and other financial documents.
Responsible for the procurement of supplies; maintenance of inventory records; including supervision of staff performing these functions.
Entry Requirement
University degree/HND
Minimum of 4 years of experience in general office, clerical or administrative supports
