Position: Personal Assistant to the Chairman (Apapa- Lagos) REF. A/01/09/11


Requirements

The ideal candidate should preferably be a Male, aged minimum of 40 years and must possess H.N.D or B. Sc. in Secretarial Administration. He must acquire a minimum of 15years experience from reputable organizations. The successful candidate should be proficient in speech writing , self confident and possess ability to withstand pressure. Good office management and administrative skills, Good knowledge of Secretariat functions, Excellent communication skill, Keeping the Chairman’s Diary with necessary follow-ups, making trips in the company of the Chairman at short notices and any other duty assigned from time to time by the Chairman, interpersonal skills and should be ready to work extra hours. The candidate must demonstrate high proficiency in Computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access & Power Point and Internet/ E-mail operation), Answering phone calls and sending fax messages, receiving and attending to official visitors courteously, Booking appointments and must be of impeccable character.






Position: Secretary (Apapa-Lagos) REF: B/02 0911


Requirements

Candidates for this position should be aged between 30 and 40 years and possess Higher National Diploma or equivalents in Secretariat Administration with at least 50/120 i.e. in Typewriting and Shorthand. The candidates must be Computer-literate, in addition must also have high proficiency in internet operations, answering phone calls and sending fax messages, receiving and attending to official visitors courteously. Booking appointments and must have worked for at least 10 years in well structured organizations and should be ready to work extra hours. The right candidates must be neat, intelligent and personable with good communication skills.
