An Electrical Engineering organization seeks to add more experience to its existing workforce.



Position:     Head, Engineering



The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth strategy for the Engineering group of the company. He will be reporting directly to MD/CEO and will be supervising all Engineering projects and the sales Engineers; he will also be responsible for the growth and development of all company power products and manage the technical partnerships of the company.



Requirements:

    Understands the current trends in the Electrical Engineering.
    Must have supervised power projects from conception to project conclusion.
    Good working knowledge of Power/Electrical engineering designs
    Has significant experience in HV/HT, 11KVA-132KVA installations, Transformer installations, Transmission/Distribution lines installations.
    Has a good supervisory and management skill.
    Possession of a good Engineering degree and professional qualifications. (COREN, a must)
    Possession of an MBA will be an advantage.
    Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the Electrical Engineering industry.





Position:     Electrical Sales Engineers

Location: Lagos



Reporting to the Head Engineering, the successful candidates will be responsible for sales and marketing activities of all electrical products such as cables, transformers, cable accessories, and prospecting for projects.



Requirements:

    Degree in Electrical Engineering with a strong technical background in Electrical products
    Good Knowledge of Sales and marketing of Electrical products.
    Excellent presentation/selling skills are essential. Must possess personal drive.
    Ability to manage and interpret customer requirements – speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs:
    Good technical presentation and analytical skills
    Good customer service skills; providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education;
    A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
