Position: Purchasing Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle all spare parts logistics for the Company’s fleet
Handle all local supplies and liaising with the Purchasing Manager for international purchases.
Oder materials, supplies and spares required to maintain and anticipate proper stock levels.
Maintain an updated catalogue file of new developments in equipment and materials.
General supervision of the warehouse
Line reporting and functional linkage
Reports to the Technical Superintendent
Key skills and behaviour:
Highly analytical and with good numeracy skills
Able to work with detail but maintain an overview
Good knowledge of marine equipment and materials
Able to work to deadlines with a minimum of supervision
Good interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment
Experience:
You have worked in the Procurement Department of a large commercial enterprise
Experience in an international environment is an added advantage
Education:
Degree m is required Management discipline is required
Membership of the requisite Professional body is an advantage
Languages:
Fluent in English
Computer Knowledge:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Locations: Port-Harcourt, Rivers State.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervision of dedicated mechanical maintenance team
Responsible for the condition of dedicated vessels
Ensuring efficient time control and team work of dedicated team
On the job training of dedicated team continually
Prepare dry-dock/maintenance report for dedicated vessels
Key skiffs and behaviour-
Highly analytical and with good numeracy skills
Able to work with detail but maintain an overview
Able to work to deadlines with a minimum of supervision
Good interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment
Experience:
You have worked in Marine Engineering Company
Seagoing experience on a vessel, minimum of 2nd Engineer Level
Experience in an international environment is an asset
Education:
Degree in Marine Engineering discipline or 2nd Engineer certificate of competency.
Languages:
Fluent in English
Computer knowledge:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Location: Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily organize base engineering work with the technical superintendent.
Supervise dry docking and maintenance work at the base.
Assist and supervise base engineers during maintenance work.
Prepare dry-dock/maintenance report
May be required to perform duties outside of normal responsibilities from time to time.
Line reporting & functional linkage
Reports to the Technical Base Superintendent
Key skills and behaviour:
Highly analytical and with good numeracy skills
Good organizational skills
Able to work to deadlines with minimum supervision
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Experience:
At least 5 years Seagoing experience of which at least 2 years as Chief Engineer.
Experience in an international environment is an asset
Experience in marine management.
Education:
Chief Engineer’s license
Past Experience as a Base Engineer is an added advantage
Languages:
Fluent in English
Computer knowledge:
