Vacancies: Supply Chain Manager, Safety Health, Environment and Quality Assurance (SHEQ) Officer

We are a young, dynamic and fast growing subsidiary of an international Logistics Service / Supply Chain/ Distribution company with head office in Belgium. In Nigeria, we currently operate with 40 enthusiastic colleagues. We are recruiting candidates to fill the positions below:

Position: Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the strategic aspect of the company’s logistics by working on new projects for logistics set-up, develop a process flow for the smooth running of the department and analyzing logistics cost components for new business.



Requirements:

    First degree in any related course
    Minimum of ten years working experience (at least five years in supply chain)
    Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    Must have excellent working knowledge of computer skills
    Good interpersonal skills
    Work under own initiative and deal with stressful situations
    Work without supervision or with minimal supervision
    Professional Qualification and MBA will be added advantage



Position: Safety Health, Environment and Quality Assurance (SHEQ) Officer



The SHEQ officer will be responsible for establishing a health, Safety, and environmental management system 900. He/she coordinates work systems to ensure that the products and services of the company meet the highest standards and that the working conditions of the company are favourable and Safe.



Requirements:

    First degree in any related course
    Professional qualification in SHEQ is a must
    Minimum of five years working experience in SHEQ role
    Practical knowledge and implementation ISO 9001
    Ability to gain in-depth knowledge of company policies, procedures and operational needs
    Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    Must have excellent working knowledge of computer skills
    Good Interpersonal skills
    Work under own initiative and deal with stressful situations
    Work without supervision or with minimal supervision
