Our client, a large building material manufacturing organization located in the south-south part of Nigeria is searching for thoroughbred professionals to fill these positions:
PRODUCTION MANAGER (Ref.PM)
JOB PURPOSE/SPECIFICATION:
• To monitor and control the execution of all mechanical activities in the productive process equipment plant.
• To ensure efficient, economic and safe operation of equipment from raw material processing to packaging.
• To coordinate the maintenance team to achieve the rated output of equipment
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
B.Sc/HND in Chemical or industrial Engineering is required for the job. Experience in FLS design is an added advantage
Must be computer literate, conversant with AutoCAD, cement manufacturing process equipment operation and occupational health & safety rules
MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER (ref.MMM)
JOB PURPOSE/SPECIFICATION:
• To develop and standardize repair methods/operations.
• To estimate equipment downtime for carrying out maintenance operation and define the necessary resources required (number and competency)
• To coordinate training performance review, career development and recruitment of staff with Human Resource Department.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• B.Sc/HND in Mechanical Engineering is required for the job. Experience in FLS design is an added advantage
• Must possess knowledge in welding techniques, transmission, overhauling, precious tool measurement, vibration measurement pneumatics, hydraulic system and equipment maintenance (crusher, stacker, reclaimer, raw mill, belt conveyors, auxiliary equipment etc)
• At least 10 years cognate experience in a structured manufacturing environment 5 years of which must be in plant maintenance as mechanical head or supervisor
REMUNERATION:
