Vacancies: IT Support Officer, Telemarketers

We are a young, dynamic and fast growing subsidiary of an international Logistics Service / Supply Chain/ Distribution company with head office in Belgium. In Nigeria, we currently operate with 40 enthusiastic colleagues. We are recruiting candidates to fill the positions below:



Position:     IT Support Officer (System/ Network Administrator)



The IT Support Officer is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/ configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development continuing innovation within the infrastructure. Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and Partners. He will also be a frontline support.



Requirements:

    First degree in Computer Science or any related discipline
    Minimum of three years general IT experience
    Experience in the use of MAC system is a must/strong plus
    Networking and network troubleshooting skill
    Good communication and interpersonal skills
    Work under own initiative and deal with stressful situations
    Work without supervision or with minimal supervision
    MCSA or its equivalent, CCNA will be added advantage



Position: Telemarketers



This Tele marketers will be responsible for presenting the corporate brand, communication, identity, reputation, through Tele marketing and telesales.

Requirements:

    First degree in any Marketing and Sales related course
    Minimum of two years working experience (at least one year in marketing)
    Experience in sales, marketing, production, distribution  and/or stockholding of chemicals is a plus
    Confident using computers
    Good work experience and knowledge of Call Center/Customer Service is a plus
    Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    Other languages such as lgbo, South-south and French are required (one of these languages is a must)
    Good interpersonal skills
    Work under own initiative and deal with stressful situations
    Work without supervision or with minimal supervision
    Professional Qualification and MBA will be added advantage
