Position:     Chief Quantity Surveyor

Job Codes  BRRI, ER

Qualification

    * M.Sc or M.Tech. Plus NIQS registration or Equivalent.
    * A good honours degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized University,
    * A pass in the final exam of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
    * A pass in the final exam of the Nigerian institute of Quantity Surveyors,



Experience

    * Candidates must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of cognate experience in addition (2) publications in reputable journal and three (3) Conference / Seminar papers.



Position:     Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Codes  BRRI, QS

Qualification

    * M.Sc OR M.Eng. plus NIQS OR Equivalent.
    * A good honours degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized University
    * A pass in the final exam of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
    * A pass in the final exam of the Nigerian institute of Quantity Surveyors



Experience

    * Candidates must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of cognate experience in addition (2) publications in reputable journal and three (3) Conference / Seminar papers.





Position:     Principal Research Officer (Polymers) (Engineering Research Department)

Qualification

    * M.Sc., M.Eng., OR M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry and other cognate fields



Experience

    * Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years post qualification cognate experience plus at five (5) publications in reputable journals and five (5) Conference-Seminar papers.



Note: All positions from Chief Research Officer and above must be registered OR be registrant with their relevant professional bodies namely COREN, ARCON, COBON, TOPREC, NIQS. etc.
