We are a Leading Company in the Engineering Consulting Sector, involved in Technical training, Recruitment of technical staff, carry out installations and maintenance of engineering equipment, as well as outsourcing of technical staff to companies.
We are in need of self managed individuals of high integrity and strong business development skills in the below position, who would assist the general manager coordinate and manage the business as well as take advantage of emerging opportunities in the market place.

Qualifications and experience
* Applicant should have BSC/ HND in engineering, sciences or any of the business disciplines, MBA or relevant professional qualifications will be preferred.
* The successful candidate will be expected to have strong management and business development skills, as he will be expected to meet agreed targets.
* An experience profile of not less than 6 years in managing the business development function of a technical product company, engineering consulting companies, or a technical driven service will be useful
* In this role, the person will oversee other departments, including engineering consulting, technical training, technical recruitment and outsourcing of technical personnel.
* We require a person with good personality, good communication and interpersonal skills as well as being self motivated
* He/ She will be responsible for the short & long term business strategic plan and implementation
* Generate and develop strategic business alliance with international partners.
