LEGAL COUNSEL
Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advisory and support for the company, operations and any other aspect of interest for the business.
* Support settlement of compliance, regulatory and litigation, etc issues
* Assist in legal issues associated with the drawing up negotiation documents and the settlement of disputes
• Assist in legal suits pertaining to its activities, in compliance with defined company criteria and, where necessary, seeking external lega! advice.
• Prepare legal documents, review and draft business related contracts.
Requirements:
• Minimum University degree in law with at least 5 years
experience as an in- house legal consultant. preferably with a Marine logistics. and/or Oil & Gas company.
• Good experience in handling wide range of
corporate legal issues.
• Strong in spoken and written skills particularly
English.
Work location: Lagos-Nigeria.
