Requirement
Applicant must assist the COP in providing the oversight and technical
direction to the state team and collaborates with the technical
advisor for ovc and m&e to ensure the appropriateness and quality of
interventions

Should be responsible for coordinating all projects activities in the
states under his jurisdictions

He/she will support the m&e specialist with ensuring data about all
the project activities are collected and submitted to the head office

He/she will serve as a technical liaison between the state offices and
other donors and stakeholders operating in state within the zone

Accountant
Requirement
Must be responsible for ensuring that any money expended in the field
is done in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles

Should be able to assist the finance manager with safeguarding the
assets (financial and physical) of msh and ultimately the us
government or other donors against fraud, loss or misuse
