An Abuja – based Training and capacity building organization seeks to employ training and Research Manager.

•    The candidate for this position must be knowledgeable in contemporary business management in the training and capacity building industry with strong leadership, strategy and communication skills.

•    He/she must be able to coordinate, plan and strategic with measurable goals attainments

•    He/she must be able to develop suitable, viable and marketable training programmes

•    He/she must be able to train in Microsoft office.


•    Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

•    Must be a degree holder in any relevant discipline

•    Must have at least 5 years working experience in Microsoft office

•    Computer literate with competence in Microsoft office

•    Attendance of the CMD basic management train-the-trainer course is preferable

•     Not more than 40 years.
