GENERAL MANAGER
Main Purpose of the Job
Ensure manufacturing operates efficiently and satisfies customer requirements and makes a profit.
Main Duties& Responsibilities:
- Production planning and scheduling.
- Quality assurance - setting quality standards, maintaining good quality of products.
- Formal daily reporting of all functional performance.
- Manufacturing and engineering policy development, installation and Maintenance,
- Plant & equipment preventative maintenance programme.
- On-going process and manufacturing capability improvement
- Negotiate pricing directly with clientele,
- Agree delivery timetables.
- Train the internal employees
- Set training standards and operation performance testing.
- Develop annual budgets and target.
- Compile staff appraisals.
- Responsible for disciplinary matters for all staff within department jurisdiction.
- Negotiation with staff as necessary regarding wages and bonus payments.
-Hear, investigate and manage all internal grievances to reasonable conclusions,
QUALIFICATIONS
A university degree In business administration or equivalent and relevant work experience of 5 -10 years in similar role preferably In a manufacturing sector.
2. PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Job Responsibilities
- The Ideal candidate is required to save the companys money by evaluating bids and finding discounts and wholesale rates.
-The ideal candidate is required to plan, direct and manage all operations related to company-wide purchasing activities,
-The ideal candidate Is also required to develop; review and all administrative, purchasing and clerical procedures after determining which items best meet the company’s needs,
QUALIFICATION:
The ideal candidate must have an HND or equivalent in business administration with at least 5 years work experience in relevant role.
3. ACCOUNTING OFFICER
The ideal candidate will be responsible for bank reconciliation, Transactions posting and payroll management.
QUALIFICATION:
OND/ ATS Final In Accounting with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
Applicants must be computer literate and not more than 28-35 years,
4. DRIVERS
QUALIFICATION:
Ideal candidate must have a minimum qualification of SSCE
The ideal candidate(s) must have 5-10 years experience in a
manufacturing company. Possession of current Driving Licence is compulsory.
Age: 26 -40years .
O AbIlity to drive a truck will be an added advantage.
