JOB TITLE: CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
LOCATION: LAGOS STATE
ORGANIZATION/DESCRIPTION: ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
DESCRIPTION:
Ensures the implementation of the strategic goals and objectives of the organization
Oversees the work program of the technical construction team and ensures they comply with the budget / resources allocated in the project / work program
Assures the system-wide implementation of company policies and procedures and finds ways to improve them
Ensure the development and implementation of clearly defined, results-oriented performance agreements accompanied by appropriate incentives, rewards, and accountability mechanisms
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Ability to focus on the fine details of the business
Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to manage change
Demonstrated ability in general management of and knowledge of financial management practices
Hands-on approach to managing people and running the company operations
Strong organizational and communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of a Bachelor degree in a social science or related field. A professional qualification in a relevant field will be an additional advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 10 years work experience with at least 4 years in a senior / executive management role
Proven track record at managing organisational operations, implementing processes and systems, managing organisational performance and driving profitability
