The successful candidate would likely fit this profile:
- Be University educated.
- Possession of a higher degree, especially the M BJ(*%#, would be an advantage.
- Have had at least 8 years work experience in medium or large enterprise(s) in the HR or Administration fields and preferably in the 2 fields
- A minimum of 2 years supervisory or management level experience
- Will oversee staff matters, purchases, facility management, and allied issues, overseeing the HR and Administration functions.
