CMB Building Maintenance & Investment Ltd  requires suitably qualified candidates to fill these positions at a Real Estate Company.

Position: Quantity Surveyor

Department: Operations

Reporting To: Manager; Operations

Educational Qualifications:

    * Minimum of B.Sc/HND, Quantity Survey, Membership of professional body is added advantage.

Experience:
Minimum of 4 years post NYSC cognate or relevant

Location:

    * Must be resident in Abuja

Responsibility:

    * Preparation of bills of quantity
    * Development of Preliminary cost advise
    * Advising on contractual methods
    * Advising on contractors selection
    * Preparation of tender documents
    * Develop Cost planning
    * Valuation of construction works
    * Procurement management
    * Cost control and post contract management
    * Estimation
    * Facility management
    * Conduct Value management& Analysis
