Job Summary;
* The Front desk officer is responsible for providing secretarial clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner,
Job Description
* You will have the following responsibilities:
* Operate telephone switchboard system and manage phone calls at the reception area, directing incoming calls to the appropriate staff and taking messages when required
* Welcoming and answering queries from visitors/client^ and providing them with necessary information when possible.
* Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the company
* Receive, acknowledge receipt and sort mails and deliveries
* Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
* Maintaining a log of employee attendance on a daily basis
* Keep inventory of vehicle key(s), monitoring and coordinating activity and movement of drivers.
* Must be resident in Abuja or willing to relocate
Qualifications:
* Minimum HND/ B.sc Degree. 2.2
Experience:
* Minimum of 1 year post NYSC cognate or relevant
Remuneration:
