Location: Lagos
Duties:
Co-ordinate the implementation of the company’s administration and performance management system.
Supervise the formulation and implementation of the company’s industrial policies.
Attend to all internal and external administrative matters
Key Performances Indicators:
Relevance and effectiveness of personnel policies and quality of procedures/systems.
Adequacy, quality and productivity of employees as reflected in work output per person
Professionalism in administation of human resources
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical skills
Multi-tasking ability and Proficiency in MS Suites
Sound interpersonal skills and People development ability.
Qualifications / Experience:
A first degree from a recognised University in Management or any other relevant discipline.
A minimum of 8 years experience.
Age not exceeding 40 years.
Must be a member of relevant professional body eg. CIPM
