Job Title: Debt Recovery Executive
- Client’s Relationship Management
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to management.
- Communicate an updated schedule with incorporated recovery measures to team leader
- Visitation to delinquent clients.
- Reduction of the company’s Portfolio at Risk (PAR) to the possible bear-est minimum
- Recovery of delinquent loans
- Employing appropriate strategies and techniques in following up delinquent clients
Education Requirement: HND (minimum)
Computer Skills : Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Other Requirements :
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of integrity
- Ethical
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and telephone)
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Decision making ability
- Ability to ride a Motor cycle will be an added advantage
Compensation Package: 600,000 pa basic salary, (Attractive incentive scheme)
