• DISTRICT SALES MANAGERS
Will lead Sales and Marketing development team at the District Sales figures and implementing the market development plan for the District to Fit, you must:
a. Hold a B.Pharm with minimum of 3 years experience in medical detailing or branding function. A flair for marketing is a key success factor.
• TECHNICAL PROMOTION MANAGERS
Will be responsible for developing all branding and ethnical promotion strategy and follow it to implementation, to achieve the volume target and other brand objectives. To qualify, you must:
a. Hold a B.Pharm Degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in medical detailing or branding function. A flair for marketing is a key success factor.
• MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVES
Will focus on detailing the brands to all members of the medical and health community, and cover the professional trade to achieve set sales target. A flair for selling will be beneficial, and you should:
a. Hold a B.Pharm Degree good communication skills, result oriented and must be accountable.
• SALES REPRESENTATIVES
Will be responsible for wholesale and retail customer development, you should:
a. Hold a Bachelors degree in life sciences. Sales experience will be an advantage.
• BRAND DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVES
To focus on providing brand and marketing support services especially at the trade level. To qualify, you should:
a. Hold a Bachelors Degree in life sciences with minimum of 2 years in similar functions. Holders of Bachelors Degree in other discipline with a minimum of 3 years experience in marketing function can also apply.
• CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES
Will be responsible for delivering customer care services to the sales team. To qualify for this position you must:
a. Be proficient in the use of Computer to manage Data
b. Be a First Degree holder in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years experience in any similar position.
