3AG Global Resources Limited, we are a growing international student placement Organization looking for a client service executive to join our administrative team in Abuja, Benin and Lagos.

This role will be suitable for an experienced Client Service Executive.

Job Title: Client Service Executive

As the client service executive, you will:


- Develop strategies aimed at growth
- Increase and maintain our client base
- respond to internal and external inquiries via email, phone and face-to-face
- Provide clients up to date information on our partner institutions
- Update client database
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Support other departments
- Be ready to travel

We are looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking and thrives in a fast paced environment.

The successful candidate will also cover:
- Excellent communication skills
- A warm approachable manner
- At least two years experience in a client service position
- Extensive experience using MS Office software
- Experience using database management systems
