Operates and maintains radio transmitter to broadcast radio and television programs:
Moves switches to cut in power to units and stages of transmitter.
Monitors lights on console panel to ascertain that components are operative and that transmitter is ready to emit signal.
Turns controls to set transmitter on FM and AM assigned by Nigerian broadcast Commission.
Monitors signal emission and spurious radiations outside of licensed transmission frequency to ensure signal is not infringing on frequencies assigned other stations.
Notifies broadcast studio when ready to transmit. Observes indicators and adjusts controls to maintain constant sound modulation and ensure that transmitted signal is sharp and clear.
Tests components of malfunctioning transmitter to diagnose trouble, using test equipment, such as oscilloscope, voltmeters, and ammeters.
Disassembles and repairs equipment, using hand tools.

JOB TITLE: TRAFFIC PERSONNEL
LOCATION: Ibadan

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Traffic personnel is responsible to the sales director. This individual will have specific duties dealing with advertisements, commercials, public service announcements (PSAs), or programming.
Is responsible for typing the daily radio schedule. This schedule is called a log. It contains all the radio commercials and public service spot announcements.
Without the generation of a computerized traffic log the Traffic personnel must keep typing and retyping schedules as additions or deletions and corrections come in.
Once the system becomes computerized, the Traffic personnel will be responsible for typing information into the computer.
The Traffic Personnel is responsible for reviewing radio time sales orders and verifying the completeness of the data required for the log. This must be done for all forms of advertising. For each commercial the Traffic personnel must make sure he or she has the sponsor name, the date and time it is supposed to air, the length of the commercial, and whether it is to be live or recorded.
If there is information missing, the individual will have to contact the salesperson involved to obtain it.
The Traffic personnel also include the name of the OAP responsible for airing the commercial.
The traffic personnel is to keep daily register for all orders received from the marketing team.
Traffic personnel are to keep records of the advertisements to make sure that commercials are run when they are scheduled.
The Traffic personnel will deliver and pick up the completed log sheets daily.
They are responsible for reviewing the daily log sheets after use to check for authorized changes made during the broadcast day. They may deliver cassettes of commercial announcements or ad copy to the correct personnel i.e. sales.
The Traffic personnel may also be responsible for removing the commercial cassettes from the studio and storing them in the correct location.
The Traffic personnel is expected to review advertisers’ requests for specific dates and times at which they want their commercials to run. If the assistant finds that the date or time is not available, he or she may recommend other times or dates that are available.
Traffic Personnel is required to preview advertisements before they are aired to make sure that they do not contain objectionable material. This is important because radio stations are governed by the NBC (National Broadcast Commission) and must adhere to its rules and regulations.
Traffic personnel to adhere to NBC’s rules on maximum minutes for commercial.
The individual is responsible for keeping the daily commercial log up to NBC standards.
Coordinate all compliance issues received from agencies and clients.
The Traffic personnel may also be responsible for performing clerical duties including billing, correspondence, filing, and answering phones.
He or She is to monitor on-air personalities to ensure correct delivery of hypes, commercials, PSA’s etc.
He or She is to make sure that enough PSA’s are aired at no fee for non-profit groups or community service agencies.
He or She works with the stations General Manager, Sales Director and possibly the station owner creating a sequence for the running of commercials.
He or She should understand the station, its programming and its advertisers to be successful in this job.
He or She will constantly liaise with the programming department for clock creation.
He or She is directly responsible to the sales director.

1. Group general Manager (GGM)

2. Group Accountant (GA)

Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Operational
Performs deal validation, analysis and problem identification for executed trades on a daily basis.
Reports the daily position and P&L using approved reporting frameworks and reporting systems.
Analyses and reconciles daily and month-end P&L information, and verifies data integrity.

Major Tasks to be accomplished:

The Consultants will work in the seven northern states of Nigeria as mentioned (Jigawa, Yobe, Borno, Gotnbe, Adamawa, Kano and Bauchi).

The development of local capacity for supervision, monitoring and evaluation of progress for improved management of severe acute malnutrition programs
The preparations and implementation of rapid nutrition (SMART) surveys
Assist with planning, positioning and delivery of adequate and appropriate nutrition supplies to children and pregnant women as rapid response to emergencies
Submit detailed monthly reports including data on C- IYCF and CMAM activities (admission, defaults, cure and deaths as well as stock levels)
Articulate and submit quarterly work plan for approval

Under the management, direction and supervision of an institutional agency, the consultant will be expected to work closely with State LGAs communities and traditional institutions.

Qualifications or specialized knowledge/experience required:

The specific qualifications for the consultants in the specified categories are as indicated in the attached TORs. In addition, they should posses the following:

University degree in Nutrition, Public Health, Nursing, Biochemistry or related technical areas, and at least three years’ experience, preferably in management of childhood malnutrition, promotion of C-IYCF, nutrition in emergency, basic nutrition programming, proven track record of working in developing countries and promotion of the management of severe acute malnutrition using local human and material resources,

Reporting to the Joint Venture and Project Accounting Manager, the successful candidate will have primary responsibility for all financial and accounting aspects of the Company’s operated joint venture assets.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
A good first degree in Accounting or any Finance-related disciplines from a reputable institution. Relevant professional qualification(s) i.e ACA, ACCA, CFA.
A minimum of five (5) years’ cognate experience, including a minimum of two (2) year’s experience in the oil & gas industry.

LEGAL MANAGER (ES018)
The successful candidate will work with the Group General Counsel in providing general legal advice for the Company’s operations and joint venture businesses, including ensuring compliance with corporate legal polices, local and international laws and regulations and partner agreements.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
A good first degree in Law from a reputable university with a Master’s degree in Law a distinct advantage. Membership of the Nigerian Bar Association or its equivalent is essential.
A minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years experience in the commercial legal practice and / or an exploration and production company.
Strong experience negotiating, drafting and advising on upstream commercial agreements

LEGAL OFFICER (ES019)
Reporting to the Legal Manager, the successful candidate will support the work of the legal team and in particular, provide hands-on legal advice in connection with the Company’s day-to-day operations. This includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and operational contracts.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
A good first degree in Law from a reputable university with a Master’s degree in Law a distinct advantage. Membership of the Nigerian Bar Association or its equivalent is essential.
A minimum of two (2) to four (4) years relevant work experience in a reputable law firm, and/or the oil and gas industry.

PROCUREMENT OFFICER (ES020)
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the Company’s procurement strategy in order to achieve optimum quality maximum cost effectiveness whilst ensuring quality. A key function of this will be co-ordinate, source and facilitate the prompt purchases to support the activities of the company.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
A good first degree or equivalent from a reputable institution. Professional qualifications in purchasing and supply will be an added advantage.
Minimum of four (40 years’ relevant experience in a similar function in a reputable organization
Practical and proven experience in analyzing contracts, and handling negotiations

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/GOVERNMENT RELATIONS OFFICER (ES021)
The major focus of this role will be to develop and manage relationships with relevant stakeholders and policy makers. Key part of this will be facilitate meetings / consultation with key government personnel and other stakeholders, and track events and official activities affecting the company’s operations in Nigeria.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
A good first degree or equivalent from a reputable institution.
Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience, including exposure to managing relationship with key government stakeholders.

IT OFFICER (ES022)
The successful candidate will have responsibility for hands-on management of the network and servers, software and hardware and their safety, rights of access and security of computer operations. KEY REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science of any relevant discipline from a reputable institution

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior State Implementation Advisor will work under the supervision of the NPM and in close coordination with the project’s SMT. His role will be focused on ensuring that state implementation plans are effectively implemented, resources are appropriately allocated and progress is monitored with hands on problem identification and support. This position will ensure that, while maintaining the level of autonomy at each state level, effective coordination will take place among state offices and with Abuja to ensure a synergistic approach to achieving the collective goal of the project. Lead the development, and promote, influence, facilitate, support step-up implementation of state annual work plans.
Provide direct technical and management support to STLs with regards to strategic communications with SMOH and LGAs to ensure harmonization of state project offices’ plans with state strategic health development plans.
Provide technical and experiential input to STLs on activities programming , including proposal writing for the implementation of specific activities consistent with the approved work plan
Ensure successfully implementation and accomplishment of service delivery interventions as per the service delivery strategy.
Mobilize appropriate technical resources to the states to ensure effective implementation of planned interventions.

Ensure timely documentation of state implementation progress. Coordinate the timely submission of state quarterly reports.

SKILLS PREREQUISITES:
Masters Degree (minimum), or a PhD (preferred) in Public Health, Health Administration, Medicine, or other relevant health specialization.
15 years of international management experience with a Masters Degree, or 10 years with a PhD, a considerable portion of which must be in West Africa. Experience in Nigeria preferred.
Experience in managing health system strengthening projects, including design, implementation and evaluation, and experience in management of large international health projects/programs.
