Job Title: Estate Administrator

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • An exciting opportunity exists in an Estate Office for an Estate Administrator.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Co-ordination of Security Men and other Estate Workers
  • Management of Estate Janitorial and other Services
  • Ensuring Estate services such as Power Supply, Water Supply, etc. shall run efficiently.
  • Ensuring that the estate is kept clean via periodic road cleaning, gardening of common areas, clearing of un-developed plots of land, fumigation, de-silting of drainages and canals and the nurturing of plants, trees and other ornamental plants within common areas.
  • Ensuring the integrity of the Estate Layout is maintained
  • Running the Secretariat of the Estate by way of keeping records of occupancy of the Estate and correspondences with Residents and third parties
  • Implementation of Estate Programmes, Initiatives, Projects
  • Implementation and Enforcement of Estate Rules and Regulations
  • Collection of Estate Levies, Dues and other revenues accruing to the Estate, keeping records and issuing receipts
  • Producing periodic (Weekly, Monthly) Estate Reports on subjects such as Finance, Security, Sanitation, Maintenance, Infrastructure etc.
  • Representing the Estate on matters related to the Estate. This shall require liaison with third parties at various locations within and outside the Estate.
  • B.Sc/HND in Estate Management or Urban and Regional Planning or any relevant discipline from a reputable tertiary institution
  • 1 - 3 experience as an estate administrator
  • Candidate should reside around the lekki-Ajah axis
  • Knowledge of basic book-keeping
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
